Taylor has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a year and a half and is currently attending Mary Baldwin University, where she is pursuing both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Taylor initially entered the field unexpectedly but quickly discovered a passion for ABA and the meaningful impact it can have on the lives of others. What started as an unexpected career path has become something she truly loves.

Taylor’s clients and experiences in the field have had a profound impact on her life, shaping both her personal and professional goals. She feels incredibly grateful to be part of a field that allows her to support others, build meaningful connections, and celebrate progress every day. Outside of work and school, Taylor enjoys practicing yoga, playing video games, and spending time with her friends.
