Sylvester began his journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician, inspired by his younger cousin’s autism diagnosis. Since then, Sylvester has gained valuable experience working with diverse children and families while continuing to expand his knowledge of evidence-based approaches that support meaningful growth and positive outcomes for every child he serves.

Outside of work, Sylvester enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, trying new foods, exploring new places, and training his Belgian Malinois.
