Shaima earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from HELP University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2021. Since then, she has devoted her career to childcare, fostering play-based environments where children feel safe, comfortable, and free to express themselves. Outside of work, Shay enjoys cooking, baking, and hosting family and friends. She also loves traveling with her loved ones and finds joy in arts and crafts as a creative outlet.
