Nellie Pappalardo

Nellie Pappalardo earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Washington College in 2023. Following graduation, she spent time gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) across home, school, and clinic settings. She later returned to school to pursue her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Capella University. Her diverse clinical experience and dedication to the field ultimately led her to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Nellie is passionate about providing compassionate, play-based ABA services that are child-led and tailored to each individual's unique strengths, interests, and needs. She values building meaningful relationships with children and their families and believes that collaboration is key to creating a supportive environment where meaningful progress can occur.
Outside of work, Nellie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching true crime documentaries, and practicing Pilates.
