Mary Sauter earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2018, followed by her Master’s in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020, both from George Mason University. She began her ABA journey in 2016 as a Registered Behavior Technician and has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2021. Her experience spans school, home, and clinic environments.

Mary is passionate about creating meaningful connections with children and their families, celebrating each child’s unique strengths. Her approach emphasizes play-based learning that fosters growth, inclusion, and independence.

In her free time, Mary enjoys painting, walking her dog, and exploring new dining spots. She is thrilled to be joining the Imagine That team!
