Mackenzie Hascup
Clinical Director

Mackenzie Hascup earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Drew University in 2019 and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022. She began her journey in the ABA field in 2019 as a Behavior Technician and became a BCBA in September 2025. Since then, she has worked with children and families across school, home, and clinical settings.
Mackenzie is passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with the children and families she works with and strives to create a warm, supportive, and positive environment where everyone can grow and succeed. She values collaboration, individualized care, and helping each child build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in every setting. As Clinical Director, she also enjoys supporting and mentoring her team to help create the best possible experience for clients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her dogs, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, going to concerts, and baking.
