Lian Amond
RBT

Lian graduated in December 2024 from George Mason University with a B.S. in Clinical Psychology. In August 2025, she will begin pursuing her M.S. in Severe Disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis at Johns Hopkins University, where she will also be working toward her BCBA certification.
Lian is passionate about working with children and has experience supporting a wide range of ages, settings, and clinical presentations as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She finds joy in watching each child’s progress—both big and small. Her journey began in high school as a peer mentor for children with autism, and in 2023, she discovered the field of ABA and quickly became immersed in it.
Outside of work, Lian enjoys staying active and embracing a wellness-focused lifestyle. She loves spending time outdoors, painting, journaling, figure skating, and being with family and friends.
She is thrilled to join the Imagine That Therapy team and looks forward to growing in the field of ABA!
