Leah graduated from the University of Denver in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Inspired by her experience in child development, she discovered the field of ABA. Leah practiced as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado for two years before moving to Virginia to continue her work with Applied Behavior Analysis.

Leah was the first team member to join Imagine That Therapy and has been overjoyed in watching the organization grow alongside dedicated professionals and families. One of the greatest opportunities in this practice is to watch the clients progress and thrive within their environment alongside our incredible team. After more than three years of experience as an RBT, she transitioned into the role of Operations Manager.

In this position, Leah remains passionate about ensuring high-quality care for clients and their families. She is excited to continue building relationships and contributing to such a supportive, mission-driven team. Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, running, and exploring Old Town.
