Kelly Montalvan
RBT

Kelly is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over seven years of experience working with children. She currently teaches kindergarten and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Her background in early childhood education has shaped her passion for creating positive, supportive environments where children can grow in confidence and independence.
She enjoys getting to know each child’s unique personality and finding creative ways to support their learning and growth. She especially values creating engaging environments where children can use their imagination, explore new ideas, and learn through play while feeling safe, supported, and celebrated. Kelly believes that supporting a child also means supporting their family, and she strives to build trusting relationships with parents so they feel encouraged and involved every step of the way.
When Kelly isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, dancing, creating pottery, baking, getting lost in a good book, discovering new matcha spots, and spending quality time with family and friends.
