Jordan Codella
RBT

Jordan is a Registered Behavior Technician currently earning her master’s degree in educational psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University and aspires to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jordan moved to Northern Virginia in late 2023. She has experience working with individuals with special needs ranging from 18 months to 22 years old and began her journey with children as a sports coach before discovering her passion for ABA. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, gaining the majority of her experience at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Neurobehavioral Outpatient Unit. In addition to her fieldwork, Jordan has conducted and published research, enjoying both the academic and applied aspects of ABA.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys staying active and engaging in creative activities such as drawing, painting, and crafting. She also loves to cook and bake. Jordan is eager to contribute to the team at Imagine That Therapy and collaborate with other passionate professionals in the field.
