Emma Kilpatrick
RBT
Emma graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She has worked with children since she was fifteen, including at daycares, as a babysitter, in kids' camps, and as a nanny during college. Emma worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado for a year before recently moving to DC. After her experience as an RBT, she was so moved and inspired by the work that she decided to remain in the field, aspiring to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is driven by the progress she has seen in her clients and hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of many neurodivergent children.
Emma loves to travel, try new foods, explore nature, spend time with friends, and painting. She is very excited to join the team at Imagine That and looks forward to getting to know each child and their family.
