In 2021, Alesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the Southern University A&M College, an HBCU situated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With over 4 years of experience in behavioral health and more than 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Alesha's aspirations extend to graduate school, where she aims to pursue a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapies. This future endeavor reflects her desire to integrate her passion for the arts with the goal of creating accessible services for a diverse range of neurodiverse individuals.
